Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to partner with the VP of Corporate FP&A and Finance leaders across the organization. You will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management, delivering analyses and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

This role requires strong financial acumen, business partnership, and process improvement mindset, with exposure to operating reviews, earnings prep, and board support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10–15 years in accounting/finance with FP&A experience preferred.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred; Hyperion/OneStream experience advised.

Responsibilities

• Support VP of Corporate FP&A and lead enterprise financial planning and forecasting.
• Provide analyses, insights, and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor FP&A team; partner with executives and segments.
• Drive improvements in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
