Job summary
Regal Rexnord seeks a transformative Vice President, Enterprise RBS to define and govern the enterprise Lean system across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain. You will drive Strategy Deployment, enable continuous improvement, and standardize processes to scale globally while preserving segment flexibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in continuous improvement, operations, and general management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and change-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise RBS framework and governance across the organization.
- Lead the governance rhythm, maturity reviews, adoption tracking, and impact measurement.
- Create and deploy enterprise standard work, playbooks, and management systems.
- Partner with Segment RBS leaders to align standards and roadmaps.
- Own Strategy Deployment using Hoshin Kanri and enterprise X-matrix governance.
