Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Vice President, Enterprise RBS to lead the enterprise architecture of the RBS system, aligning standards, governance, and learning across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain. You’ll drive Strategy Deployment, 80/20 growth logic, and AI-enabled lean transformations.

The role requires deep CI, Lean, and executive partnering, with a global, multilingual population and a 50%+ travel expectation across domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field with leadership experience.
• 15–20 years in Continuous Improvement, Operations, and General Management.
• Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise business system and governance.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise RBS framework, standards, maturity model, and governance cadence.
• Execute Strategy Deployment using Hoshin Kanri and annual breakthrough objectives.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and sustainment across functions.
• Define digital RBS roadmap with data standards and AI-enabled lean.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to align priorities and talent.
