Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise RBS to shape the architecture, governance, and roadmap of the enterprise Lean system. You will drive strategy deployment, mature the RBS framework, and lead cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver sustainable performance gains.

The role demands deep CI expertise, executive influence, and a track record of scaling complex programs. Travel up to 50% is expected as you lead from Gemba across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Advanced degree such as MS Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 15-20 years of progressive experience in CI, operations, and general leadership.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise business system or operating model.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise RBS framework, governance cadence, and roadmap.
• Lead Strategy Deployment with annual breakthrough objectives and catchball.
• Drive change with ADKAR, stakeholder alignment, and leadership engagement.
• Define digital RBS roadmap using data, analytics, and AI to automate lean processes.
• Lead learning and enablement, curriculum, and certification standards.
