Qualifications

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona.
• Clear, engaging, age-appropriate communication for students ages 8-14, with an energetic virtual presence.

Responsibilities

• Leading interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction
• Mentoring students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning
• Using platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time
• Collaborating with fellow educators to design and continuously improve project-based learning experiences
• Creating a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow
