Unbound Academy, Arizona’s first virtual, tuition‑free charter school, seeks a dedicated Virtual Learning Facilitator to mentor students aged 8–14 in two hours of core academics through AI‑powered tools and hands-on workshops.

The role emphasizes leadership in life skills, storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and executive function development within a hybrid, fully virtual setting. Immediate 40‑hour/week contractor position with flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate transferable to Arizona.
• Clear, engaging communication for ages 8–14 with virtual presence.
• Comfort leading students live via video with organized transitions.
• Able to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction.
• Mentor students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence and executive functioning.
• Use platform data to personalize support and track progress over time.
• Collaborate with educators to design and improve project-based learning experiences.
• Create a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen and motivated to grow.
