Job summary

Unbound Academy is a fully virtual, tuition-free Arizona charter school redefining learning. This hybrid, full-time role supports students aged 8–14 with life-skills workshops, coaching, and project-based experiences.

You will mentor students both individually and in small groups, using data and AI-powered tools to tailor guidance. The position is a Contractor of Record with Crossover, and compensation is $30/hour ($60,000/year), paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate transferable to Arizona.
• Clear, engaging communication for 8–14-year-olds with virtual presence.
• Experience leading live online sessions with strong transitions and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive virtual workshops on life skills.
