Unbound Academy in Arizona is hiring a Virtual Learning Facilitator to support a fully virtual, tuition-free charter school with AI-powered learning tools. The role is hybrid and full-time, guiding students aged 8–14 through two focused hours of core academics daily, complemented by hands-on workshops, coaching, and exploration.

You will lead dynamic online sessions, mentor students one-on-one and in small groups, and personalize support using platform data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona
• Clear, engaging, age-appropriate communication for students ages 8–14, with an energetic virtual presence
• Comfort leading students live via video, with organized transitions and strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a hybrid role in Arizona

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction
• Mentor students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning
• Use platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time
• Collaborate with fellow educators to design and continuously improve project-based learning experiences
• Create a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow
