Qualifications

• VFD knowledge is required.

• US work authorization is required to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for Low Voltage VFD applications.
• Assist with drive programming, configuration, and integration with control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate warranty replacements and labor authorizations with the warranty team.
• Maintain thorough documentation of support cases and solutions using Salesforce and other tools.
• Stay updated on VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
