Provide technical support via phone and email for VFD-related issues.
Assist with drive programming, parameter configuration, and control system integration.
Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with warranty team to initiate replacements and labor authorizations for warranty repairs.
Document support cases and solutions using Salesforce Case Management and other tools.
Stay current with VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
