Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in electrical/technical fields or relevant equivalent.
• Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience accepted.
• High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for LV VFD applications.
• Assist customers with drive programming, parameter configuration, and control system integration.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with warranty team to initiate warranty replacements and labor authorization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support cases using Salesforce Case Management.
• Stay current with VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
