Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree with 4+ years of electrical/technical experience or equivalent, strong VFD knowledge, and excellent English communication. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of electrical/technical experience, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives required.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical principles in drives.
• Proficient English communication; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for common problems related to the application of Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Assist customers with drive programming, parameter configuration, communication, and integration with control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales and product teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the warranty team to initiate the fulfillment of warranty replacements and labor authorization for warranty repairs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and best practices using Salesforce Case Management.
• Stay current with VFD technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
