Cox Enterprises in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to coordinate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites and other regional locations. You will build relationships with the Manheim commercial team, handle multiple locations, enter orders, monitor delays, and analyze performance data for executives.

The role requires Excel, Outlook, Word experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail including precise data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites and regional areas
• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails
• Enter all manual orders and process other AS400 system orders
• Monitor holds and verification delays and follow up with carriers
• Dispatch negotiations to increase margin
• Use AutoIMS for delays, holds, and cancellations
• Analyze performance data and generate reports for executives
• Maintain master data accuracy for locations and carriers
• Work in a hybrid environment with strong communication via MS Office tools
