Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to coordinate the transport of customer vehicles to Manheim auction sites and other regional areas. The role requires strong admin skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will manage emails, orders, and vendor communications, while monitoring performance metrics and margin. A high attention to detail and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• High attention to detail including precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Build relationship with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Show proficiency with communication via recorded line phone system.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders.
• Manage escalated Client Success VINs with carriers and agents.
• Monitor holds and verification delays.
• Dispatch negotiation and a strong understanding of sales tactics to increase margin.
• Follow up with carriers on several VINs daily.
• Create and manage corrective action of a vendor.
• Monitor order entry failures and correct them.
• Understand margin relative to position and track margin requirements.
• Monitor and correct master data files for location errors.
• Measure performance and generate client/vendor analytics.
