Qualifications

• 1–3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• MS Excel, Outlook and Word usage**.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to deliver results.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail including precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Show proficiency with communication via recorded line phone system.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Enter all manual orders and process other AS400 system orders.
• Manage escalated Client Success VINs with carriers and agents.
• Monitor holds and verification delays.
• Dispatch negotiation and apply sales tactics to increase margin.
• Use AutoIMS for Trans Delay Holds, Cancellations, ETA's.
• Follow up with carriers on VINs daily.
• Process fees and post-assessment charges to records.
• Request Hold Harmless/Releases.
• Investigate kickback of VINs by carriers to redispatch units.
• Hold carriers accountable to their plan.
• Create and manage corrective action of a vendor.
• Monitor order entry failures and correct.
• Understand margin relative to position and track margin requirements.
• Monitor and correct master data files for location errors.
• Measure performance with analytics for clients and vendors.
• Report performance results to senior management and executives.
• Compile vehicle transportation data and generate reports.
• Follow all job-related duties as directed by supervisor.
• Be an outside the box thinker who can solve problems quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment to execute and deliver results.
• History of customer service and multi-tasking positions.
• Ability to work with high urgency in a dynamic environment.
