Job summary

Cox Enterprises seeks a Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to coordinate and oversee the transport of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites in the region. You will build relationships with the auction teams, manage multiple email streams, and ensure accurate order processing across systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to and from auction sites and other regions as assigned.
• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Enter manual orders and process other AS400 system orders.
• Monitor and manage order entry failures and investigate margins.
