Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to facilitate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to Manheim auction sites and other routes in the region. The role emphasizes relationship-building with the auction team, order entry accuracy, and proactive carrier coordination.

The position requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment while delivering timely

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
• High attention to detail including precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsabilités

• Build relationship with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Show proficiency with communication via recorded line phone system.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Enter all manual orders and process other AS400 system orders.
• Manage escalated client success VINs with carriers and agents.
• Dispatch negotiation and maintain margin understanding.
• Action AutoIMS for delays, holds, and cancellations.
• Follow up with carriers on VINs daily.
• Process fees and post charges to records.
• Investigate kickbacks of VINs by carriers for re-dispatch.
• Create and manage corrective action of a vendor.
• Monitor order entry failures and correct.
• Measure performance and report to management and executives.
• Compile vehicle transport data and generate reports.
