Jobot is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our hybrid team in Indianapolis. This permanent role offers a mix of remote work and on-site duties, managing a diverse portfolio of transportation projects from road design to transit initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, 6+ years of transportation experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation. You will lead a team, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in transportation engineering with PM focus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• In-depth knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent project management and multi-project handling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the design and implementation of transportation projects within time and budget.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MicroStation for design and drafting.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and agencies for smooth execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost/time estimates.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues during project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers.
