Job summary

Bradshaw Home is seeking a Transportation Billing Clerk in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for hybrid work. The role focuses on accurate freight billing, auditing, and financial reconciliation across the supply chain, coordinating with internal teams and carriers.

The candidate should have 2 years in transportation/logistics, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Preference for degrees in logistics or accounting and experience with TMS/FAP platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit carrier invoices, accessorial charges, statements, and rate structures against contracts, NMFC codes, and log quotes.
• Investigate and resolve billing exception reports, unmatched PRO numbers, order matching discrepancies, and GL coding errors.
• Process, investigate, and dispute vendor chargebacks and shipping compliance errors.
• Manage carrier freight claims, including documentation and tracking through resolution.
• Monitor freight aging reports, evaluate accessorial requests, and manage line-item disputes for timely payments.
• Perform monthly freight accrual audits and daily freight invoice processing.
