Job summary

Bradshaw Home is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage a high-volume AP environment, processing thousands of invoices monthly for domestic and international vendors, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely payments. This hybrid role is based in Rancho Cucamonga with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST.

You will review vendor statements, perform data entry, and produce occasional Excel reports using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience reconciling vendor statements and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process expenses and trade payables for domestic and international vendors.
• Match PO to invoice and enter data for payment.
• Assist AP Manager and team with month-end closing and special projects.
• Email monthly commission reports and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support in ad hoc reporting using Excel.
• Prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
