Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master's with 2+ years in consulting or healthcare strategy/transformations.
• Experience solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience in payer, provider, or insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of complex, cross-functional workstreams with guidance from team leadership.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and contribute to business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking feedback to accelerate development.
