WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Transformation Consultant to guide enterprise-level transformation initiatives and optimize critical business and technology processes. You will partner with executives to define future-state operations, drive adoption of new ways of working, and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 or more years of experience in business transformation, process consulting, change management, or enterprise project leadership, ideally within an IT environment.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide process redesign and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and organizational change frameworks (Prosci ADKAR or similar).
• Demonstrated experience applying structured project execution and delivery methodologies to drive complex transformation initiatives, ensuring disciplined planning, governance, and execution.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage resistance to change, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts or modernization efforts.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on enterprise transformation, process strategy, and organizational change.
• Lead assessment, design, and re-engineering of end-to-end processes to support modernization, scalability, and improved customer experience.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state design sessions for critical processes and enterprise programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for major initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, readiness assessment, and training oversight.
• Support enterprise technology implementations, defining process impacts and ensuring adoption of new processes and tools.
• Establish and implement frameworks, standards, and best practices for process improvement and organizational change within IT and across the company.
• Partner with project and product teams to ensure process and change requirements are fully integrated into design, planning, and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders across business lines to promote alignment and drive sustained process ownership.
• Monitor and report transformation progress, adoption, and process performance using new and existing metrics.
• Mentor and coach teams on process methodology, transformation skills, and change management techniques to build internal capability.
• Lead cross-functional transformation and improvement projects from initiation through execution: scope definition, planning, resource coordination, delivery of project outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments to drive progress across multiple teams and priorities.
• Develop high-quality transformation deliverables including process maps, future-state operating models, change impact assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
