Weight Watchers is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Lead to shape how transformation initiatives are structured, sequenced, and delivered across the organization. In your first 12–18 months, you’ll be the go-to partner for resolving complex cross-functional dependencies and aligning Finance, Engineering, and Operations leaders on the path forward for enterprise-level design decisions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation or financial systems initiatives at scale.
• Experience translating between finance, operations, and engineering partners; presenting to executives with alignment.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial platforms and integrated systems.
• Experience with BPM and process improvement initiatives in finance operations.

• Define and structure transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate complex business needs into actionable direction.
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies and surface trade-offs.
• Identify gaps between current systems and business goals and recommend scalable solutions.
