WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Transformation Consultant to guide enterprise-wide transformation within the IT organization, defining future-state operations and driving adoption of new processes and tools. You will partner with executives and project teams to deliver measurable business value through disciplined planning and execution.

You will lead discovery, design, and re-engineering of end-to-end processes, develop change management strategies, and ensure alignment with technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in business transformation, process consulting, change management, or enterprise project leadership, ideally in IT.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma concepts and structured project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on transformation, process strategy, and organizational change.
• Lead assessment, design, and re-engineering of end-to-end processes for modernization and scalability.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state design sessions.
• Develop and execute change management strategies including stakeholder analysis and training oversight.
• Support enterprise technology rollouts and ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
