You will partner across functions, apply best practices, and help shape programs from planning through execution while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent, typically 6+ years of transformation experience.
• Preferred: PMP/PMI, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework; change management experience; management consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence the program strategy by engaging senior leaders.
• Support cross-functional transformation projects by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions across teams.
• Evaluate readiness, develop action plans, lead mobilization, and provide program management support.
• Analyze data to support business strategy and operational improvements.
• Re-engineer processes to reduce delivery time, complexity, and waste while ensuring accountability.
• Define and execute change management initiatives with stakeholder assessments and communications.
• Foster organization-wide collaboration and engage senior stakeholders.
