Job summary

WPS is seeking a Transformation Consultant to guide enterprise-level transformation initiatives. You will partner with executives to define future-state operations, drive adoption of new processes, and ensure technology-enabled changes deliver measurable business value.

The role emphasizes process definition, continuous improvement, and organizational change management. The position offers hybrid work near Madison, WI, with on-site days and relocation flexibility within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years in business transformation, process consulting, change management, or enterprise project leadership, ideally in IT.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide process redesign and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and organizational change frameworks (Prosci ADKAR or similar).
• Experience applying structured project execution and delivery methodologies to drive transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on enterprise transformation and organizational change.
• Lead assessment, design, and re-engineering of end-to-end processes to modernize and scale operations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, current-state assessments, and future-state design sessions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies including stakeholder analysis and training oversight.
• Support enterprise technology rollouts by defining process impacts and adoption of new processes.
