• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Health Services, or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with competing priorities.

• Ability to work across diverse groups and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with electronic systems and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of continuing education activities.
• Coordinate learner/participant engagement with continuing education activities.
• Coordinate with presenters/speakers/faculty about continuing education activities.
• Coordinate continuing education accreditation and WA DOH model list status.
• Support the marketing of continuing education activities, including outreach and communication around training and events.
• Coordinate monthly spotlights/public talks/presentations.
• Coordinate recurring faculty and training meetings.
• Coordinate evaluation of continuing education and training activities.
• Support the maintenance of training materials for high quality trainings and accreditation standards.
• Support leadership with customized training and consulting contracts.
• Other related duties for SCRC/CSPAR, as assigned.
