Tundra Technical Solutions in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator for a 6-month contract hybrid role to support a corporate learning and development team serving about 700 field employees across the U.S. The role is administrative and coordination-focused, not hands-on training.

You will schedule, coordinate logistics, manage communications with trainees, managers, and trainers, and help maintain accurate training calendars using LMS and other tools.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, training coordination, learning and development, or office support role.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and scheduling skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and other training programs.
• Communicate with trainees, managers, and trainers to coordinate training schedules and participation.
• Assist with arranging training rooms, catering, materials, and other event logistics.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the training team.
• Manage multiple training activities and deadlines while maintaining accurate details and schedules.
• Help support the administration and organization of training programs and learning initiatives.
• Assist with exploring and implementing technology and tools to improve training processes.
