Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator for a hybrid W2 contract in Minnesota. The role begins December 1, 2026, for 4–5 months with potential extension or conversion to a permanent position.

The incumbent will manage Cornerstone LMS daily, support sessions and training calendars, and prepare compliance reports. Strong data accuracy and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS.
• Ability to work independently in an LMS from day one, with roster management and data accuracy.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting learning, training, human resources, or administrative operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System, including course and session setup, roster management, attendance tracking, training records, and completion reporting.
• Upload, organize, and maintain training documents and learning content while ensuring accurate data and records.
• Support virtual learning sessions, webinars, recordings, training logistics, and annual training calendars.
• Prepare compliance and learning reports, distribute surveys, compile feedback, and support recurring program communications.
• Assist with onboarding curriculum assignments, external training registrations, tuition reimbursement tracking, and general Learning & Development administration.
• Maintain learning resources, templates, forms, and shared team sites.
