Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional digital marketing or marketing coordination experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Keep marketing initiatives organized by tracking deadlines, deliverables, action items, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, product, sales, and vendors to keep work on schedule.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to marketing leadership and team.
• Coordinate meetings, events, webinars, and other activities, including scheduling and catering.
• Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support email campaign scheduling, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with website updates, content coordination, tracking, and QA.
• Support social media calendars, asset collection, and scheduling.
• Help gather campaign metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Maintain marketing assets, contact lists, trackers, and other team resources.
• Assist with event and campaign logistics from planning through completion.
• Identify gaps or potential issues and proactively help resolve them.
