Job summary

Planet Group in Waltham, MA is seeking a Learning Coordinator for a 6-12 month contract with potential extension. The hybrid role requires three days on-site weekly and close collaboration with the Commercial Learning team, field stakeholders, and the home office to support our brands and Leadership Development.

You will coordinate onboarding, schedule training, manage the learning platform, upload content, run surveys, and provide instructor support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in coordinating educational programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate training sessions and programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with educational technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder collaboration: work with Learning Team and stakeholders to meet goals.
• Onboarding new hires: manage training experience, scheduling, and planning.
• Program coordination: schedule, logistics, and execution of training sessions; document action items.
• Support services: provide participant and instructor support during learning.
• Platform management: daily operations, user profiles, asset tracking, reporting, troubleshooting.
• Content curation: upload and organize high-quality educational content.
• Survey administration: build and distribute surveys to target audience.
