Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Technical Instructor in manufacturing or service-oriented settings.
• Familiarity with instructional design and learning management systems.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs for the Service Division.
• Support Field Service operations with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when not conducting training.
• Manage training process, materials, records, and assessment of performance.
