The Rosen Group is seeking an organized Learning Support Coordinator for a minimum 6-month contract. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week onsite in Blue Bell, PA, coordinating training and communications strategies to help employees adopt new processes, tools, systems, and ways of working.

You will collaborate with training leads, SMEs, and project teams to gather materials, coordinate messaging, and streamline logistics for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting training/L&D, communications, project coordination or organizational change management.
• Strong organized, detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate technical details into clear guides.

Responsabilités

• Content & Resource Support: assist drafting, editing, formatting and validating learning assets.
• Repository & Asset Management: maintain documentation, templates and learning assets.
• Training Communications: draft announcements, reminders and FAQs.
• Scheduling & Logistics: manage scheduling and logistics across learning initiatives.
• Tracking & Milestone Management: track deliverables and follow-ups to meet deadlines.
• Post-Learning Analysis & Reporting: assist with data collection and summaries for leads.
