• Assist Training Manager and Solution Integrator in implementing CSPS Training Plan activities including training needs analyses, design and development of training programs, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Apply participant-centered training techniques and use eLearning software (Articulate 360, Vyond) and MS Office to create engaging courses, simulations, videos and webinars.
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials such as outlines, lesson plans, job aids, facilitator guides, and presentations.
• Ensure curricula and materials meet ADA compliance and CSPS standards, incorporating emerging learning trends.
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, enrollment, venue setup, virtual platforms, and material distribution.
• Identify training gaps and develop mitigation plans; inform management of resistance and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare agencies to continue CSPS training after project ends and manage calendars and enrollment in CalLearns.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure readiness activities align with best practices and project timelines.
