Responsibilities

• Administer Unix/Linux servers, manage users, filesystems, processes, and patches; write shell scripts for automation and routine production tasks.
• Configure and maintain middleware and application servers (Oracle WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, IIS); monitor JVM performance and SSL certificates.
• Schedule and troubleshoot batch jobs; analyze logs; respond to incidents; perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Provide CSPS Help Desk Tier 2 support and M&O tasks including incident management, changes, and testing to support production.
