Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards in Houston to support compensation, benefits, mobility and immigration programs. Hybrid role with on-site presence 3–4 days per week at our Energy Corridor campus, with potential increase as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Total Rewards experience (benefits, compensation or both), or technical communications for Total Rewards or Human Resources
• Working knowledge of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, base pay programs and incentive plans
• Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams, owners and deadlines
• Experience working with external vendors or agencies
• Expert-level writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex or regulated content for different audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint site management, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
• Demonstrated discretion with confidential information, including executive compensation data
• Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating communications for internal stakeholders
• Strong financial and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Translate complex benefits information into understandable communications for employees, managers, HR partners and leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder inputs to support effective execution of Total Rewards initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and other communications for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of Total Rewards documentation, communication templates, process guides, and reference materials.
• Exercise sound judgment in handling confidential compensation, executive compensation, benefits, and financial information.
• Coordinate review of technical or regulated content with subject matter experts and Legal before release.”],
