Sysco Corp. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to support compensation, benefits, mobility and immigration programs.

Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will coordinate initiatives across Compensation, Executive Compensation, Field Incentive and Benefits teams, translating complex information into clear communications. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and technical communications, ensuring program information and processes are understood across internal audiences, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, Communications, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Total Rewards experience or related technical communications.
• Experience with health and welfare plans, retirement plans, base pay programs and incentives.
• Experience managing multi-workstream projects and external vendors.
• Expert writing/editing skills to simplify regulated content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.
• Discretion with confidential information, including executive data.
• Strong communication skills for internal stakeholders.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with budgeting experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across functions.

Responsabilités

• Develop, draft, and coordinate clear communications related to Total Rewards programs.
• Translate benefits information and plan provisions into understandable content for employees and leaders.
• Partner with Total Rewards teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder inputs for initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and communications for HR leadership.
• Support Total Rewards documentation and templates; manage SharePoint sites.
• Handle confidential compensation and financial information with discretion.
• Collaborate with external vendors and integrate calendars and change management.
• Coordinate review of regulated content with Legal before release.
