Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting, finance, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and GAAP understanding.
• Experience with financial analysis and interpreting complex data.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and reporting.
• Experience preparing analyses, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support month-end close activities for subsidiaries.
• Manage accounting activities and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Review transactions, accruals, allocations, reserves, and classifications.
• Prepare journal entries, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Perform profitability analysis and managerial reporting.
• Conduct financial, operational, cost, and KPI analyses.
• Research accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate impact of new standards and propose actions.
• Assist in development and implementation of GAAP policies.
• Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support Workday reporting and dashboard development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality.
• Help design managerial accounting structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency via automation.
