Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Territory Sales Representative, Residential, to drive revenue with Home Builders, HOA, and OPS communities in assigned field locations. You will prospect, qualify, and close customers, presenting propane solutions and maintaining strong partnerships with builders and residential customers.

The role requires a strong sales background, knowledge of propane products, and the ability to plan effectively to meet profit and volume goals.

Qualifications

• Must have sales skills to prospect and close new customers.
• Understanding of propane products and services.
• Able to maintain productivity through planning and execution.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; residential home builders experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue from Home Builders, HOA, and OPS communities.
• Establish relationships with prospective customers and develop sales plans.
• Present proposals and lead customers to AmeriGas solutions.
• Attend meetings and training; maintain sales activity.
• Protect against competitive threats via key account reviews.
