Placements24 is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow business in the Welkom, Free State region. The role combines field visits with remote work and occasional office meetings, focusing on building client relationships and surpassing sales targets.

You will promote a diverse product portfolio, deliver demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery while reporting on progress and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationships management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in field and remote settings.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.
• Willingness to travel within Welkom and surrounding Free State areas.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory quotas.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Free State territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
