Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in your territory and serve coaches and organizations.

The role is hybrid—home office and in-field visits with evenings and weekends possible; local travel 2-5 days weekly to schools and events.

You will generate revenue, qualify leads, manage CRM, and expand sales across all sports, with unlimited commission potential and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred).
• Coaching or sports background acceptable.
• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities.
• Manage your account list and travel within territory.
