Job summary

PENTAGON TECHNOLOGIES GROUP INC is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our Hayward, CA facilities in a hybrid setup. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, phone screens, offers, and maintaining Paycom records, while partnering with hiring managers to meet urgent staffing needs in a manufacturing/technical environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting workflow: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Manage high volumes of open requisitions while maintaining quality and speed-to-fill.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and share market insights.
• Source talent using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Run phone screens and assess candidates against role requirements and company culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Extend offers and support pre-employment activities.
• Maintain accurate, current recruiting records in Paycom.
