Job summary

CallTrackingMetrics, LLC (CTM) seeks a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to support a growth phase. This hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles with a structured in-office schedule and flexibility for 30–40 hours per week.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, source via LinkedIn/Indeed, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, selection, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and outreach tools.
• Conduct candidate screens assessing experience, technical alignment, communication, and compensation expectations.
• Share qualified candidates with screening notes and recommendations.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to enable informed decisions.
• Maintain candidate communication for a positive experience and uphold CTM’s employer brand.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and monitor pipeline health.
