Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple disciplines.

You will partner with hiring managers and HRBP to build robust pipelines and deliver full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and professional roles. This role emphasizes sourcing, internship and early-career recruitment, candidate assessment aligned with Hayward’s mission, and a smooth pre-employment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience of full cycle corporate recruiting for multiple disciplines.
• Experience with Workday Recruit ATS.
• Strong sourcing via social media, LinkedIn, Boolean strings.
• Highly developed passive recruiting skills including prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and competitive intel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end recruitment plans to attract diverse talent.
• Lead internship and early career recruiting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent profiles and job descriptions.
• Create role-based interview guides and coordinate interview stages.
• Screen and interview applicants, assess fit with Hayward’s mission and values.
• Manage candidate offers and onboarding processes.
• Partner with agencies, universities, and stakeholders to attract talent.
• Sourcing via niche boards, LinkedIn, Handshake, and ATS.
• Communicate Hayward’s culture and total rewards to candidates.
