Job summary

Hueman is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our partner across multiple industries. The role covers sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and onboarding with a hybrid schedule based in Jacksonville, FL.

You will work with an ATS and collaborate with marketing to attract top talent, while delivering excellent service to hiring managers and candidates. The position requires at least 1 year of professional recruiting experience and strong communication, organization, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional recruiting experience is required (agency or corporate).
• Temporary hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL.
• Office work Mon, Wed, Thu; work from home Tue & Fri.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day recruitment operations.
• Review resumes and assess relevant skills and qualifications.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Regularly obtain feedback from hiring managers and assist with offer process.
• Use ATS to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage and source passive candidates via networking sites, search engines, and databases.
• Schedule intake meetings with hiring managers to align on requirements and strategy.
• Develop marketing strategies with the marketing team and monitor results for roles responsible.
• Grow and maintain relationships with hiring managers and leaders in the partnership.
• Provide world-class customer service to candidates and partnership leaders.
• Support recruitment goals aligned with client SLAs.
• Communicate with hiring managers about at-risk positions and escalate as needed.
• Attend Hueman team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Participate in account-level process improvements.
• Complete weekly reporting for partnership contacts.
• Occasional travel to client sites and events.
