Job summary

Diversity Nexus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Contractor to support hourly operations recruiting at our Hunt Valley headquarters. The role involves full-cycle sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication for manufacturing, production, and distribution roles.

Work is hybrid: two days per week in the office with remote work on other days, approximately 20–40 hours per week. Temporary assignment with no overtime expectation, ideal for flexible, hands-on recruiters.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment for high-volume hourly roles.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or distribution positions preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 20–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels.
• Support high-volume recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, and distribution positions.
• Review applications, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidate activity and support accurate recruiting-process documentation.
• Assist with additional Talent Acquisition activities and projects as business needs require.
