Job summary

You will create manuals, presentations, videos, assessments, and maintain knowledge bases, while coordinating with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Quality to reflect updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience delivering instructor-led or virtual trainings.
• Ability to develop training materials and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver technical training programs for staff and partners.
• Create training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and assessments.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with product updates.
• Organize training information into digital reports and dashboards.
