Job summary

Mimaki Usa is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design, manage, and deliver technical training for internal staff, service partners, and customers at the Flowery Branch, GA location. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver technical training programs for service technicians, internal teams, and external partners.
• Create and maintain training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, assessments, and digital learning content.
• Conduct instructor‑led training (in‑person and virtual) on equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to curriculum, delivery methods, and materials.
