Job summary

FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is seeking an IT Trainer for hybrid work across Georgia. The role involves delivering IT training to staff on custom and COTS applications, both on-site and remotely via Teams.

You will develop training content, publish schedules in the GDOT Learning Management System, manage enrollments, and assess learner performance. The ideal candidate will create engaging training materials using tools like Captivate, Camtasia, and Storyline, and collaborate with GDOT teams to expand

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver IT training to adult learners.
• Experience developing training content for desktop, web, and mobile apps.
• Strong English verbal and written communication, presenting, and teaching skills.
• Willingness to travel within Georgia for on-site classes.
• Experience with LMS and training administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-premise and remote training sessions via Microsoft Teams.
• Develop and maintain IT training content (guides, manuals, storyboards, videos).
• Coordinate training schedules, enrollments, and assessments in the LMS.
• Collaborate with GDOT business units to increase class enrollments and content relevance.
• Maintain accurate records of time, activities, and performance indicators.
