Job summary

cyberThink is seeking an IT Trainer/Content Developer for hybrid delivery across Georgia. The role delivers IT training for desktop, web, and mobile apps, using both in-house and COTS software, working with stakeholders to determine content and schedules in the LMS.

You will develop training content (Word, PowerPoint, Captivate/Articulate) and lead virtual classrooms and on-site sessions, while tracking enrollments, surveys, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to adult learners.
• Ability to create PowerPoint-based materials and guides.
• Familiarity with LMS administration and training surveys.
• Proven content development for IT applications.

Responsibilities
